We use your information to maintain contact with you such as emailing you relevant news and to promote our services.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· Subscribe to our newsletter or online service.
· Contact details for business opportunities and to access commercial services.
· Applying for a role which we have advertised.
How we store your personal information?
Your information is securely stored and access is restricted.
If you have provided personal information to us in response to a role opportunity such as a curriculum vitae, contact details, we keep this personal information for six months. It is then securely destroyed from our databases. You can request for us to hold your details for longer.
Who we may share your personal information with?
We may share your personal information with clients in relation to roles which we have advertised on their behalf. We will always ask for your consent before we do this.
What are your rights?
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR):
· You are able to remove your consent at any time.
· Request the correction or deletion of information we hold about you.
· Ask for us not to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
· Request access to your personal information which is held by us.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have processed your data.
